The bedroom has a king sized bed, and in the common area there is a queen and a full size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and 2 separate patios - one patio is screened in.
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, a charcoal grill for guests to use and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and all linens are provided. Wifi is also provided.

The property was great. The location was perfect, and the view was beautiful. The house was properly stocked, very cozy and clean.
My son and I did a fishing weekend trip to Villa Verde. the property was awesome. Very well furnished. It has clearly been redone recently and was very clean. Very good place and easy to find. Matagorda is also just a great spot!
Nice property with screened in porch. Short drive to beach or fross the dunes and be on the beach.
