“This was our second time staying at this house. We absolutely love it! The set up is great and decor/finishes are beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The hot tub was great to entertain the kids when not at the beach. Fishing off the dock is amazing! Last fall we caught several large bull reds. This second stay we caught a variety of fish and large black drums.”

Me and my friends were able to walk right out back and throw a fishing line in during the evening and walk right across the street to the beach it has best of both worlds. Amanda with top water was amazing she communicated with me on anything i needed or had questions about. Believe me we will be back!!”

I really loved all the porches and outdoor space options, but then the COLD AC units! The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, cleaning products, and soaps. “We booked this property for our wedding locally here in Sargent. The pictures do not do this place justice. Both a beautiful front and back view from the porches. And so much room to enjoy outdoor activities. And a screened in porch just incase the mosquitoes are too much. Talk about prepared this rental came equipped with almost any appliance you will need. I think they literally thought of almost everything. We had a small issue we called and they had the issue resolved and us back into our rental in impeccable timing. Everything was absolutely amazing and our stay couldn’t have been any better. Well maybe if it was longer because we surely didn’t want to leave. We will surely be back to visit. We loved the under entertainment area. It came into great use during the hottest hours of the day and the night hours. Perfect place to unwind at the end of your day with a warm jacuzzi soak. Truly loved this rental.”
