Enjoy fishing, beach combing, kayaking, birding, surf fishing or just relaxing on the beautiful Sargent shoreline! Bringing your boat? The ramp is conveniently located about a mile down from the house!

Inside you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need allowing you to feel right at home. A large island for the family/friends to gather around. All overlooking the ICW!

On this same floor is the master suite also overlooking the ICW/San Bernard! This room offers a King size bed with a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms and bathrooms on this floor. One room has a King and the other a Queen.

On the second floor is a tv room with two couches. There is also a large bunk room upstairs, offering several beds and space! 1Full size, 2 twins, 2 Bunks with a full size on top and bottom. This level also has its own bathroom!

This home sleeps a max capacity of 14.
