The home is ideally located for many outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, bird watching and much more. Some of the best fishing around!! Great outdoor space with tons of decking and a large yard. Sit on the deck in the evening with a cool drink and enjoy the gorgeous views or tell stories around the fire pit!

This five (5) bedroom, two (2) bath home features an open living & dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and features attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The house can sleep 15 people comfortably (This includes 2 guest on a nice queen air mattress that is provided, or you can bring your own).
This home is a split-level home offering multiple families the space they might need. The upper level of the home offers three bedrooms two bedrooms have king beds and the other has a queen. This level also includes a kids loft with two twin beds. There is also a queen blow up mattress available for use. The lower level with private entrance and own coffee bar has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen bed and two twin beds.
The home has a large breezeway downstairs along with an abundance of deck space to relax in the shade. The winds blow through the breezeway ensuring pleasant weather on even the warmest of days.

Access to the public boat ramp that is seconds away from the house. Take a walk down our beautiful beach and witness the beautiful sunset and rises here in Sargent.
